1. The short version

By using VialClock you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or the app.

2. This is not medical advice

VialClock does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not recommend any dose, schedule, compound or supplier.

Nothing here is a substitute for a qualified prescriber who knows your history. Decisions about whether to take a medication, which one, how much and how often are clinical decisions, and this site is not equipped to make any of them.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service. Do not use this site.

3. What the tools do

Every calculator performs arithmetic on numbers you enter. It divides a mass by a volume to get a concentration, divides a dose by that concentration to get a volume, and multiplies by one hundred to express it in syringe units. It does not know what is in your vial, whether the label is accurate, or whether the dose you typed is appropriate for you.

The reference pages present published information such as manufacturer titration schedules and regulatory status. Presenting a schedule is not a recommendation to follow it.

4. Accuracy and no warranty

We take accuracy seriously and correct errors when we find them, but the site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the content is complete, current or free from error.

Arithmetic is only as good as its inputs. A correct calculation on a mislabelled vial produces a confidently wrong answer, and no tool on this site can detect that. Always check a result against the product you are actually holding and the instructions that came with it.

5. Compounds discussed here

Some compounds covered on this site are not approved for human use by the FDA or comparable regulators, and several are prohibited in tested sport. Each compound page states its regulatory status plainly, and you should read it.

Describing how to convert a quantity into a syringe measurement is not encouragement to obtain or use any substance. Whether a compound is legal to possess or use is your responsibility to determine where you live.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Present output from these tools as medical advice to anyone else.
Scrape, republish or resell the content as your own.
Attempt to disrupt the service or interfere with other people's use of it.
Use the site in a way that breaks the law where you are.

7. Content and ownership

The text, design, illustrations and code on this site are ours, except where stated. You may read, link to and share it. You may not copy it wholesale and publish it elsewhere.

Brand names such as Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic and Egrifta are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used here only to describe the products they name. VialClock is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any manufacturer.

8. The app and subscriptions

If you buy a subscription in the VialClock app, the transaction is handled by Apple through your App Store account. Payment is charged on confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.

Use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to these terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own policy, not by us.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or the app. You use both at your own risk.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date at the top of the page changes with them, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from them will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
